3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Cabo Tour Packages: In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), you will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.

  • No Show: If you fail to show up for a scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Tour Modifications

  • Changes to Tours: We strive to provide the exact tour experience as described. However, we reserve the right to make modifications to the tour itinerary if necessary for reasons such as safety, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
